"The greatest prison people live in is the fear of what people think" - Mateusz M

My first instinct when my photographer tagged me in this photo was to immediately untag myself and hope no one saw it...

The ONLY thing I saw was my stomach HANGING over my bathing suit 🙈To be completely honest... I still cringe at the thought of posting this. But I really started to think about what I try to teach my challengers. How important it is to show ourselves grace and know that as long as we're working hard every day to be better that's all that matters.

I also started to think about the messages I get from women who are on this journey with me but feel like they are failing because they don't have a 6 pack or a perfect butt or toned arms and legs.

I've been COMMITTED to living a healthy lifestyle for almost 3 years.

I have cellulite

I hate my butt

I only have abs when I get out of bed in the morning

Most days I dread working out

I'm human I'm a women I'm a health & fitness coach

I do my best each day to live a healthy lifestyle, to inspire and motivate other women because I know how important it is.

I go SUPER far out of my comfort zone to inspire others because I know how much this has changed my life.

I am PASSIONATE about inviting other women to join me as a coach on my quest to help every women who has felt self conscious, too scared of what people think to be themselves, or just completely shut down who they really are out of fear of rejection.

I've overcome all of those things and won't stop until I help as many other women as I can overcome these things.

I'm just a regular girl

Looking for other regular women who want to join me on my mission
