What do you see when you look in the mirror

I see so much when I look at this #TransformationTuesday
I see a 20 pound weight loss and abs
But WAY more than that I see...
On the left, a girl who was so self conscious, trying to hide with layers of clothes and always having her arms crossed to try and cover herself up. A girl who overate just to PROVE that she didn't need to lose weight, that she was happy with the way she was.
On the right I see a girl who has finally learned to be comfortable in her skin. A picture with no makeup which is something the girl on the left would NEVER even think about doing. A girl who finally put her ego aside and realized that she needed exercise not only to feel comfortable in her skin but to finally take control of her happiness.
Your health and fitness journey may need to start for SEVERAL reasons. Lots of time we don't even realize all the areas of our lives we need to take control of. It may start with losing 20 pounds but I promise it will turn into so much more!
